Take-away dinner: The St. James District Committee invites everyone to its annual Whit Monday Dinner at St. James church Hall, Cedar Grove on Monday 25th May 2015 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Tickets are EC$ 20.00. Come and be filled. Proceeds in aid of church Restoration.

food fair tickets: We are appealing to members to assist in the selling of tickets for the annual food Fair. If every member sells five tickets we will reach our target in sales. Kindly note that there will be gate prizes, so do encourage your friends to buy a ticket. They may just be lucky.

Ascension day services: Please note that the services for Ascension Day May 14 will be as follows:

6:00am – Matins and Mass at the D.W.L.C.C.

9:00am – Children’s Service at the D.W.L.C.C.

7:00pm – Mass in all churches except Bethel . Members of Bethel will be bused to St. Andrew.

PVD CARIBE REGISTRATION: Registration of pensioners to PDVCAB’s senior citizen utility subsidy programme takes place from Tuesday 5th to Friday 29th May 2015 from 9:00am – 2:00pm daily at PDVCAB office upper Long Street in the Lake and Kentish building. Registrants must bring their social security pensioners card, a valid government issued photo ID and recent utility bill. For further information please call 562-6185 or 561-6189.

 Fathers’ day breakfast: As part of their Fund Raising effort towards the Restoration of the Cathedral the St. John’s ACWA group will host a breakfast at St. Andrew on Fathers Day – June 21. Tickets will soon be available.

 Trinity Sunday combined service: The Antigua Regional Council invites everyone to its Trinity Sunday combined service on Sunday 31st May 2015 at Splash, Fort James beginning at 8:30am. Persons are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and stay for the after sessions. Games will be provided for the children. Collect your envelope.

 Bible study: Please note that Bible study resumes in all churches on Tuesday 12th at 6:30pm. Kindly come and together let us study the word. St. James will join with St. Andrew.

 Food fair planning meeting: A meeting of stall holders, assistants and volunteers will be held at the Deanery on Monday 11th May 2015 at 5:15pm. Kindly come and lend us your support as we continue to make plans for the Food Fair.

DOK/WA celebrates ascension day: Members of the DOK/WA invite youths, Sunday Schools, adults to celebrate Ascension Day on May 14th at the Deanery grounds from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. There will be activities for the children in an atmosphere of joy, love and fellowship. All Sunday School children in the parish must attend.

Food Handling Certification: All persons who will be helping to serve at the stalls at the Food Fair are reminded that they need to have valid food handling certificates. Those whose certificates have expired or who need to be certified are asked to give their names urgently at the Deanery so that arrangements can be made for suitable courses in advance of the Fair.
